The National Trade Contractors Council of Council joined the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), the Facilities Operations Maintenance Association of Canada (FOMAC), and the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Canada (ACEC) asking Public Service and Procurement Canada to halt the proposed changes to the Contract Security Program’s screening process, and instead, work with the industry to create a solution that will work for both the federal government and the industry.
